Each apartment consists of a large living room with kitchen, double sofa bed, bathroom with closet, bathroom with shower, double bedroom, balcony and on the ground floor a courtyard with green lawn.

The kitchen is complete with a double stainless steel sink, refrigerator with separate freezer, electric glass ceramic hob with four cooking positions, electric oven, dishwasher, American coffee machine, moka, electric citrus squeezer and everything you need to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay.

Obviously there is a flat TV with satellite and digital terrestrial system.

In the bathroom, in addition to the shower cabin, there is the toilet, bidet, sink, hair dryer and washing machine for laundry as well as drying rack and iron.
We also provide detergents for dishwashers and washing machines.
